The EU Commission has recently imposed provisional anti-dumping measures on the imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware from China.
As of 15th November 2012, the increases have raised taxes to rates ranging from 17.6% to 58.8%, depending upon the source. This duty is scheduled to remain for a period of 6 months.
However, with the possibility of it becoming law in the future, this period may well be lengthened by at least 5 years.
